Set up in March 2019, our founder Jamie had enough of corporate life and the world of large, generalist agencies just churning out numbers. Jamie always preferred and wanted a more personable and flexible way of doing things.
Jamie is the proud owner, and sole recruiter at Marble Mayne. He prides himself on being professional, approachable, and flexible. With 15 years recruitment experience, you are in safe hands. Jamie is passionate about the not-for-profit sector having volunteered at a number of charities, along with helping primary school age children with reading and becoming an ECB qualified cricket coach to help develop young players at his local club.
The biggest test Marble Mayne faced was Covid-19, but we survived it and we are now thriving. In addition to our core recruitment services and our unique personal touch, we focus on installing a fun and collaborative side to our processes, even offering a fantasy football league for our clients and candidates, with the winner receiving a donation to the charity of their choice!
